It'll get worse before it gets better.
Please scrap the first sentence of getting the worst possible news the other day. Worst possible news was today. I may have tore my miniscus which is a fluid filled sac in your knee and basically, if i did, I need to get a surgery to get it fixed. I have the worst luck ever. But, to be honest, if I didnt have bad luck, I'd have none at all. I currently am on crutches for the next few days till we find out whats happening. This is the first time I've ever been on crutches. Oh joy. Let's hope I don't end up with anymore injuries.

Runners Knee.
So, I just recieved the worst possible news the other day from my GP. I have to see a physiotherapist. Because I royally fucked up my knee. My physiotherapist told me that I have leftover scar tissue from another running injury I recieved back in July of 2011 (torn achilles tendon) and now have what's reffered to as runners knee for simplest terms. Apparently I'll be able to run again, which is wonderful. But until then, I have physio three times a week, can hardly walk up stairs, and cry when trying to put on a shoe on my right leg (runners knee leg). I apparently am still allowed to jog as long as it doesn't hurt, but. That is highly unlikely that my knee will not hurt for the next little while. I really hope I can get back to this running thing soon. If there are such thing as running gods, please know that I really am sorry and will take better care of my knees and ankles and legs in general if you just bless me with the privledge of running soon again.

Day 1,Kind of.
Hey everyone
This is my health kick blog. Basically once I'm brave enough I will be posting pictures of my start date body, and at the end, my new body. I started this whole health kick as a close friend of mine is dealing with a fatal liver problem, that could be easily reversible if he can loose some weight and become more healthy. In order to motivate him, I decided that I'd challenge him to a health kick. We can both use any methods to loose weight (As long as their healthy) and get fit as long as its working. We both set our goal weight today (Mine being 130lbs) and are on the road to working out :)
My main methods of loosing weight and getting fit:
1. Smoothies for breakfast
2. Running as much as possible (~15-30mins a day)
3. Insanity workout DVD's.
I can't wait to start seeing some results and feel healthier and look better than ever.
