Day 1,Kind of.

Hey everyone
This is my health kick blog. Basically once I'm brave enough I will be posting pictures of my start date body, and at the end, my new body. I started this whole health kick as a close friend of mine is dealing with a fatal liver problem, that could be easily reversible if he can loose some weight and become more healthy. In order to motivate him, I decided that I'd challenge him to a health kick. We can both use any methods to loose weight (As long as their healthy) and get fit as long as its working. We both set our goal weight today (Mine being 130lbs) and are on the road to working out :)
My main methods of loosing weight and getting fit:
1. Smoothies for breakfast
2. Running as much as possible (~15-30mins a day)
3. Insanity workout DVD's.
I can't wait to start seeing some results and feel healthier and look better than ever.
